Immediate Upper and Lower Partial Denture

This treatment plan involved a full upper denture (first time or immediate denture), combined with a lower precision partial denture. This was done to stabilise the patient’s occlusion so he was able to eat in a satisfactory manner.

The top image shows the patient post treatment. The second image shows the completed full upper denture, created with full characterisation to match the patient’s natural lower front teeth as requested.

This picture also shows where the back lower teeth have been removed to accommodate the precision partial denture. The third image shows the patient pre-treatment.
